Agistment

On our beautiful terrain of 36 hectares, 30 hectares is reserved for the agistment of Icelandic horses. The hilly landscape with its natural vegetation, various hedges and shady trees, is ideal for raising Icelandic horses.
In addition to the naturally existing streams there are sufficient facilities connected to spring water. In winter, the drinking places are protected against frost to ensure constant access to plenty of fresh water for the horses.
There is a daily surveillance on the water supply, the fences and of course the horses. If necessary there is extra feeding.
To ensure that your horses remain on our property and to keep unwanted animals (and people) outside, the terrain is professionally trimmed with a double fence.
Your mares are welcome as long as the group size does not exceed 30 horses. Until their 4th year the horses can stay to enjoy the natural meadows. For pregnant mares we also offer a spacious area to foal in a natural way. At the time of weaningyou can bring the mare home or have it brought home.
